All orders are shipped USPS First Class or Priority
Orders typically take up to 3-4 business days to be processed. Orders placed on Friday- Sunday will be processed starting the following business day.

LOST PACKAGES
YOUR KLOSET DESIRES IS NOT, under any circumstance, responsible for packages lost/damaged in transit, incorrectly supplied addresses, unclaimed/refused packages, or lost/stolen packages marked "Delivered" by USPS. If your package falls under any of these categories, please contact USPS directly to file a claim at 800-275-8777.
PRE-ORDER ITEMS
A lot of times we allow customers to purchase products while in the production phase. With that, any product marked pre-order will have a ship date in the item description. Products may ship on or before the date provided. Once a pre-order item has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via e-mail and your order will ship using the method chosen at checkout.
If a pre-order item is purchased with "ready to ship" products, we will NOT separate the order as shipping is paid for once. The entire order will ship together on or before the scheduled pre-order ship date.
