NO REFUNDS NO EXCEPTIONS. NO CANCELLATIONS. Store credit only. Items purchased from YOUR KLOSET DESIRES are eligible for store credit within 3 days after delivery. A small number of heavily discounted items may be marked FINAL SALE, in which case they are not eligible for exchange, or store credit. ALL Customers are responsible for return shipping . ABSOLUTELY NO CHANGES may be made once an order has been placed. Your Kloset Desires does not issue refunds, only store credit. In the unlikely event you are not satisfied with your purchase we will issue STORE CREDIT for unused merchandise within 3 business days of delivery of merchandise. You must contact our Customer Service Department within 3 days after items are received. All returns require a valid return authorization number. Please email us at info@yourklosetdesires.com with your order number and the product(s) you would like to return. The return authorization number and return instructions will be emailed back to you. The return authorization number is only valid for 2 days. If we receive your return beyond the 5 days it will not be accepted. Items must be returned at the customer’s expense. Shipping cost are non-refundable. If we find any defects on the merchandise or there are signs of wear we reserve the right to not accept your return. Once your return is received please allow up to 7 business days for your store credit to be issued. ONLY store credit will be issued, NO REFUNDS. We do not offer exchanges at this time only store credits. Returns must be unworn, unaltered, and unwashed with all tags attached. All Jewelry, sale items, swimwear and sunglasses are final sale. All accessories are final sale. NO EXCEPTIONS. We reserve the right not to credit you if you return items to us outside the terms of our Returns Policy.
